Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive a refund, as applicable.
Return & Exchange Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all shipping and courier charges for returns and exchanges.
This includes:
- The cost of shipping the product back to Himalaya Fabrics.
- Any shipping charges for sending the exchanged product to the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered items.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
